Overall Job Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely payments
• Maintain vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies quickly
• Prepare disbursements including checks, electronic transfers, ACH, and international payments with attention to detail
• Record cash payments to GL
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting by providing accurate documentation
• Perform time and expense verification, coding and reporting
• Collaborate across departments as needed

Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable is required with knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in knowledge and use of ERP systems especially SAP, as well as Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
