KNF Neuberger is an international engineering and manufacturing organization, specializing in high quality pumps and compressors, located in Hamilton Township, NJ. Growth of the business has created a need for qualified machinists.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Machinist with the future possibility of leading a team. Candidates must be experienced in CNC programming and set-up of CNC lathes and mills with a minimum of 7 years’ experience. Knowledge of Mazak preferred, but will consider experience operating other CNC machines; experience with Matrix & Smart control is a plus.

Position Requirements:

• Proven experience operating CNC Machines.
• Drives continuous improvement throughout all phases of CNC machining – set-up, operation, deburring, and measurement.
• Aligns daily machining function with key business objectives and production targets – quality, on-time delivery, and machine efficiency.
• Demonstrates strong precision measurement skills and practices good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Assures the quality of all parts produced and meets or exceeds standards.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving and analysis skills
• Acts as an extension to the Machine Shop Supervisor and assumes additional leadership roles and responsibilities when the department supervisor is out.
• Continually promotes Safety and Quality
• Leadership experience preferred.

This is primarily a first shift schedule, but may be asked to work second shift occasionally.
